The working group must decide on the structure and schedule of project preparation within a month.

The head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, will head the working group for the preparation of the draft of the annual message.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, instructed to prepare an annual message to the Verkhovna Rada by December 1. This is evidenced by Order No. 130, published on the website of the Office of the President.

The group included deputy heads of the OP Iryna Vereshchuk, Ihor Zhovkva, Olena Kovalska, Roman Mashovets, Viktor Mykyta, Iryna Mudra and Oleg Tatarov, as well as presidential adviser on communications Dmytro Lytvyn and head of the State Administration of Affairs Ihor Lysiy.

Within a month, the working group must decide on the structure and schedule of project preparation, the content of the necessary materials, and prepare and submit the project for consideration by December 1, 2024.

The president also expressed his gratitude to the air defense soldiers who protect the sky.

Zelensky added that Ukraine is grateful to all partners who help with anti-missile and sky defense systems.

He said that his team is currently working to further increase supplies from partners – both in terms of missiles, and in defense systems, and in everything necessary to strengthen our mobile fire groups.

“The strategic goal is to achieve such a practical level of cooperation with partners that we here in Ukraine can produce the air defense and anti-missile systems we need,” the president emphasized.
